Sunny Beach shareholders will get a gross dividend of 3.08 levs per share after the general meeting of the tourism company approved a proposal to this end last week, the company said in a filing with the Sofia stock exchange. The dividend will be paid out with 5.3 mln levs of retained earnings. The company intends to cover the 704,000 loss it posted in `07 also with undistributed profits from prior years.
